Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and scope

The contracting party for orders placed through this online store is Lukas Emming, Lukas-3DWorld, An der Uerde 37, 46414 Rhede, Germany, email info.lukas3dworld@gmail.com. These terms apply to orders for goods placed through lukas-3dworld.de. For individually requested 3D printing jobs, the specifications agreed in the respective quotation apply in addition.

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The products displayed in the store constitute an invitation to place an order. You can add products to your cart and review and correct your entries before submitting the order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by sending an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. The contract language is German.

3. Prices and payment

The prices displayed in the store at the time of ordering apply. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you submit the order. The available payment methods and their conditions are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria. The delivery time stated for the relevant product applies unless a different time is shown at checkout. For items made after an order is placed, the stated production time must be taken into account. Details of shipping costs and delivery can be found in our shipping policy. For consumers, the risk of transport passes to them only when the goods are handed over.

5. 3D printed products

Due to the production process, fine layer lines may be visible on 3D printed goods. Colours may vary slightly from the images depending on the screen. The agreed characteristics of the product and your statutory rights in the event of defects are unaffected. Requested colours and personalisations are implemented only within the scope of the respective product description and the order confirmed by us.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in our separate withdrawal policy. That policy also explains the electronic withdrawal function, the model withdrawal form, possible statutory exceptions and our voluntary 30-day return policy.

8. Rights in the event of defects

Statutory rights in the event of defects apply. If a product arrives damaged or does not have the agreed characteristics, please contact us at info.lukas3dworld@gmail.com. Your statutory rights do not depend on contacting us beforehand.

9. Applicable law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.
