Notice of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

You can also withdraw from your contract online using Withdraw from contract. No customer account is required. Enter your name and email address; the order number is optional. Also state which items or which order you wish to withdraw from. Withdrawal does not require our prior approval. After submitting the form, you will promptly receive an acknowledgement by email stating the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received. The other methods mentioned above remain available.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Lukas Emming, Lukas-3DWorld, An der Uerde 37, 46414 Rhede, Germany without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. We bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us if you would like a return label.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The original packaging is not a requirement for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Exception for individually made goods

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts to supply goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or decision by you, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Examples may include a key ring bearing your name or a lithophane box made with your own images. Production only after an order is placed, or choosing a regularly offered colour, does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

Additional voluntary return within 30 days

For items that are not individually made, we offer a voluntary return up to 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal. The goods must be unused and undamaged. Request the return by email or through your customer account; we bear the direct return shipping costs. This additional offer does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in the event of defects.
