Shipping destinations

We deliver within Germany and to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €3.99 within Germany and €6.99 to the eight other countries listed. Standard shipping is free for orders of €20.00 or more in all of these countries. The shipping cost applicable to your order is shown in the checkout before you place the order.

Delivery times

Within Germany, the transport time shown at checkout is approximately 2 to 4 working days. For Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria, the transport time shown at checkout is approximately 3 to 13 working days. The shipping option for your destination country is shown at checkout. Many of our 3D printed products are made only after an order is placed. Any production time stated on the product page must be added when planning the delivery. If several items are shipped together, the dispatch date depends on the item with the longest production time. We will inform you of delays.

Shipping

We usually ship with DHL. Where available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
